GENUINELY WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY BECAUSE A FEDERAL JURY DOWN IN THE US DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA JUST DROPPED A MASSIVE RULING WHICH MATTERS BECAUSE IT IS A FIVE POINT SEVEN BILLION DOLLAR HIT AGAINST APPLE AND THE THING IS AN AUDIO FIRM CALLED TACTION TECHNOLOGY SUED THEM CLAIMING APPLE INFRINGED TWO PATENTS FOR HAPTIC SYSTEMS THAT MAKE DEVICES BUZZ WHEN YOU TAP A BUTTON OR GET A MESSAGE AND THE JURY ACTUALLY SIDED WITH TACTION EVEN THOUGH THEY DECIDED APPLE DID NOT DO IT WILLINGLY WHICH IS WILD BECAUSE APPLE SAYS THEIR TAPTIC ENGINE DATES BACK TO 2014 AND IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT SO NOW APPLE SAYS IT WILL APPEAL THE VERDICT.
