Photos: France braces for day of school blockades and street protests

OK THIS IS THE ONE I WAS TELLING YOU ABOUT AND HONESTLY IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE ACROSS FRANCE BECAUSE STUDENTS AND TEACHERS ARE OUT IN THE STREETS FIGHTING FOR BETTER LEARNING CONDITIONS WHICH IS WILD BECAUSE THEY ARE DEALING WITH DILAPIDATED CLASSROOMS AND TEACHER SHORTAGES AND LITERALLY OVERHEATING BUILDINGS. THE GOVERNMENT SAYS EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE BUT THE UNION SAYS IT IS OVER TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND AND THINGS ARE TURNING VIOLENT WITH FIRES AND CLASHES. THE MINISTRY SAYS HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS AND OFFICERS ARE ALREADY INJURED AND A TEENAGER EVEN LOST A HAND TO A GRENADE WHICH IS JUST TERRIBLE. THERE ARE INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS INTO POLICE BRUTALITY HAPPENING RIGHT NOW AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS NOT SAID HOW THEY WILL FIX THE EDUCATION FUNDING CRISIS FOR THE SCHOOLS.

Mass protests involving students and teachers are occurring across France over poor school conditions, resulting in injuries, property damage, and internal investigations into police conduct.
