FAA says Boeing 737 Max software glitch not a flight-safety issue

HONESTLY I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS ONE BECAUSE BOEING FOUND A BRAND NEW SOFTWARE GLITCH IN CERTAIN 737 MAX FLIGHT COMPUTERS AND THE FAA JUST DECIDED IT IS NOT EVEN A FLIGHT SAFETY ISSUE WHICH IS WILD BECAUSE IT MESSES WITH LANDING PROCEDURES IF PILOTS ABORT AN APPROACH AND CHANGE THE FLIGHT PATH MEANING THEY HAVE TO TAKE EXTRA STEPS TO USE AUTOMATED TOOLS BUT THE FAA SAYS THE PILOTS KEEP FULL CONTROL AND THEY ARE SENDING A SPECIAL BULLETIN SO NOW THE HUGE MAX 10 IS FINALLY CLEARED FOR CERTIFICATION AFTER YEARS OF CRISES AND THE AIRLINES CAN JUST REVERT TO OLD SOFTWARE WHILE BIG AIRLINE BOSSES BRUSH IT OFF. ANYWAY I WILL BE FURIOUS ABOUT THIS TOMORROW.

The FAA determined that a software glitch affecting certain Boeing 737 Max landing procedures is not a flight-safety issue, paving the way for Max 10 certification.
