Can Iraq handle future security challenges alone?

SO THIS HAPPENED WHILE WE WERE IN HERE AND NOW EVERYBODY IS ASKING IF IRAQ CAN HANDLE ITS OWN SECURITY CHALLENGES ALONE BECAUSE THE LAST REMAINING US TROOPS HAVE OFFICIALLY PACKED UP AND LEFT THE COUNTRY, WHICH BRINGS MORE THAN TWO DECADES OF US MILITARY PRESENCE THERE TO AN END, AND THE THING IS IF YOU DOUBLE BACK TO HOW IT STARTED, THE US WAS DEPLOYED BACK IN 2003 TO DEPOSE SADDAM HUSSEIN, AND THEN FACED A SERIES OF CRISES THAT LEFT IRAQ EMBROILED IN A CYCLE OF VIOLENCE THAT WEAKENED IT, AND WHILE THE US MAY HAVE PREVENTED THE COLLAPSE OF THE STATE IT IS ALSO ACCUSED OF CONTRIBUTING TO THE SUBSEQUENT CHAOS, AND NOW THE LAST TROOPS ARE GONE.

The last remaining US troops have withdrawn from Iraq after more than two decades, leaving questions over whether the country can handle future security challenges alone.
