Justice Dept. sues California, claims noncitizens were sent ballots

LOOK I KNOW I SAY THIS A LOT BUT THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY LIVID WITH CALIFORNIA RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THEY JUST FILED A LAWSUIT ALLEGING THAT OVER TWENTY THOUSAND NONCITIZENS ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE AND SOME MIGHT HAVE EVEN GOTTEN BALLOTS FOR THE MIDTERMS. APPARENTLY ACTING DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL TRENT MCCOTTER SENT A THUMB DRIVE TO COUNTIES LIKE LA WITH A LIST OF NAMES COMPILED BY HOMELAND SECURITY AND GAVE THEM FORTY EIGHT HOURS TO CHECK IT WHICH IS JUST WILD. ATTORNEY GENERAL TODD BLANCHE IS SAYING THIS STATE FACILITATED FRAUD IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THREATENS THE CONFIDENCE IN THE ELECTORAL SYSTEM. IT IS A HUGE LEGAL BATTLE OVER WHETHER THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGALLY REGISTERED OR NOT ACCORDING TO THE FEDS. ANYWAY, ABSOLUTE SCENES.

The Justice Department has sued California, alleging that more than 20,000 noncitizens are unlawfully registered to vote and may have received mail-in ballots for the upcoming midterms.
